Starting with our 2026 season, we’re partnering with Nimbus Disability, leading providers of disability-related training and consultancy for business and organisations to use their Access Card Scheme.
The validation of your access needs will now be through Nimbus Disability via an application for the Summer Sessions Letterkenny Digital Access Pass. This is a free pass that will be valid for 3 years, so you will be able to use this at subsequent Summer Sessions Letterkenny Festivals. There will also be the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 which you can use at other venues, events and attractions. Validating this way ensures everyone gets the right support while preventing any misuse.
HOW TO BUY TICKETS WITH ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
To buy tickets with additional accessibility features and then provide evidence of your access requirements, you should aim to complete the following three steps within 7 days of the ticket purchase. If you cannot complete the steps, or if your evidence is not sufficient, we reserve the right to cancel the Accessibility features that you requested in your ticket booking, so that we can make them available to others.
1. BUY YOUR TICKETS
Choose the event, select your event ticket and proceed through payment to complete your booking.
2. APPLY FOR ACCESS VALIDATION
To validate your access requirements you’ll need either a free Summer Sessions Letterkenny Digital Access Pass or an Access Card. If you already have an Access Card, skip to step 3. If you don’t already have one of these you can apply here

3. SUBMIT YOUR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FORM
Once you have a free Summer Sessions Letterkenny Digital Access Pass or an Access Card, you must submit this to us by filling out the Access Requirements Form, using the button below.
